Once registered for the 10-week session, you will have access to the private WhatsApp support group (a WhatsApp account is required to join the WhatsApp support group), where group participants are encouraged to share and ask questions. Weekly reminders and the occasional quotes and tips about meditation and mindfulness will be posted here. You will also receive a welcome gift and weekly handouts about the various topics we will be discussing each week. To close out our time together, a special gift will go to the person who attends the most classes during our 10 weeks together. Each in-person group guided meditation and mindfulness class opens with greetings, followed by a chat about the weekly topic, the moon cycle, as well as crystals/gemstones, and essential oils specific to the week's guided meditation. Each guided meditation (different each week) opens with breathwork to help clear your mind and open up your airways. Next, you will be guided through a full body scan to relax you, followed by a guided meditation to help reduce stress and anxiety, and enhance calm within. These classes will provide you with the tools you need to help you reclaim your peace of mind, self-confidence, inner peace, and inner strength. A full body scan to gently reawaken your body will close the meditation. We will close out each class with a few minutes of journaling to capture thoughts and feelings. Participants are encouraged to share their experiences with the group (optional) in our safe space. All in-person group guided meditation sessions are held in the comfort of my home in Ajax, ON.
