More about me? Let’s see ... where to start? I had been experiencing pain in my chest for a few years and my family doctor could not determine a cause. A Reiki Practitioner graciously offered to give me a session. At this stage of my life, I was married with three little kiddos, and a full-time career—I could not afford to let pain slow me down (who can, right?)—so, I jumped at the opportunity.

 

I had never heard of Reiki/Energy healing at the time, but I trusted my instincts and went with the flow. With just that one session, the pain not only diminished, it disappeared! I mean, it instantly vanished! I needed to know more about this incredible energy healing modality. Within the year, I studied and received my certification as a Reiki Practitioner at Toronto’s Institute of Traditional Medicine. I became a Reiki Master in 2020. I have been practising Reiki/Energy healing on family and friends, as they have required, for the past 15 years.

 

About 10 years ago, I introduced the healing benefits of Meditation into my daily life when I found myself virtually unable to cope with the death of a loved one. Gone far too soon, I turned to Meditation to help ease the grief and ache in my heart. I became certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) in 2017 and have been practising my craft as a Guided Meditation Facilitator since 2019.

Why the shift? After more than two decades working full-time in the corporate world of publishing, I was on the fast road to burnout. After the sudden loss of a guiding light in my life, and the onset of the pandemic, I knew I had to make a change—my physical and mental health depended on it.

 

As the entire world slowed down, my life slowed down too. I was finally able to tap into that inner voice we all have … it’s been telling me to share my gifts with others for quite some time. I hear it loud and clear now: I am here to help people heal from the effects of physical, emotional, and psychological pain. I am here for you.

My Approach

I offer Private and Group Guided Meditation sessions to help ease stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and poor sleep patterns. These calming sessions will provide you with the tools you need to help you reclaim your peace of mind, your self-confidence, inner peace, and inner strength.

I also offer In-Person and  Distance Reiki/Energy Healing sessions that work to remove energy blockages to help ease your pain—be it physical, emotional, and/or psychological. I incorporate a unique blend of guided meditation, breathwork, aromatherapy, and mindfulness practices into these holistic energy healing modalities.
